SERVICE POLICY
- There will be a minimum $25.00 nonrefundable diagnostic fee on all equipment.
- Pickup & drop off fee is based on mileage ($2 per mile) from address to address both ways.
- A $10.00 storage charge is applied each week beginning 10 days after notification of repairs. Unless other arrangements have already been made.
- Any equipment left for over 30 days, after notification for pick up, will be abandoned property and ownership will be transferred to CNY Ranch.
- We can not be held liable for damage incurred during diagnostic procedures or fire, theft, and/or loss due to conditions beyond our control.
- NO refunds on any new product!! We are liable to fix or repair not refund (if under warranty).
